The webinar gave an overview of the new ASTM Standard for Property Resilience Assessments that outlines the natural hazards, including those made more extreme by climate change, which may be affecting a property. The ASTM Guide provides a framework for identifying and evaluating resiliency improvement measures for a C-PACE project.
