Town of Dumfries C-PACE Webinar this Monday, Oct 5th from 3 – 4pm EST!

The Town of Dumfries has entered into contract with the Virginia PACE Authority to serve as Program Administrator for commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) financing within the Town of Dumfries jurisdiction. Through this program, commercial real estate owners will be able to cover the costs of energy-efficiency projects with C-PACE financing, a form of lending that permits long repayment terms while increasing property value and improving net operating income.
